Well... i know that it's too early to think about a logo but i had an idea knockin' on my mind since yesterday and i couldn't resist to test it :) It's just a proof of concept, i uploaded it here: http://www.furinkan.org/a_oo_big.png (this one is quite large) http://www.furinkan.org/a_oo_small.png (800px width)

OpenOffice.org 2.0 is going to have a new logo.
I for one would like if we would stay with the official logos (and name - "OpenOffice.org"), but I am only talking for myself ;-)

Yes, as i said i did it just for fun... it shouldn't be the app's logo, could use it as a banner o something similar, wiki logo etc.
OTOH, i cannot find the new 2.0 logo on the website (maybe it's just inside the app itself), even the printed press releases about the upcoming 2.0 still use the "two birds"...

In the newer builds do they have a new look for the icons etc. so I am almost 100% sure that they are going to change the look of the logo too... They still use the "two birds", but have made it a bit more modern, than the 1.1 logo
