Now that IS debatable.

We have a TV network here funded by the Government, that shows programmes from overseas with English subtitles (locally generated). Having been quite proficient at /le français/ many years ago, I enjoy French movies so that I can "keep my ear in".

But the other night there was a Quebec movie which was, to say the least, impossible to follow. Their "French" was a mixture of French, English, Basque and Klingon. Not being a Klingon speaker, I found it impossible.
