[OO.org-OS4] GMP now ported to OS4

      Hi to anyone who is still around,

One small step - I have managed to get GMP (the GNU Maths Package) built and
running under OS4. I'll put a copy of the binaries up on OS4Depot.

I've made no changes to any of the sources, so nothing to back-submit or
provide diffs for.

This is a step towards getting Kaffe onto the PPC platform.
