[OO.org-OS4] CSH

I have now examined the csh sources closer and come to the conclusion that even though it will not be very difficult to port the code to OS4, it will be rather pointless. The csh implementation in question lacks a lot of functionality which would probably be needed for all but the simplest of csh scripts.

I will therefore start looking at the tcsh implementation found on aminet to see if this might be more suitable for our needs.
