[OO.org-OS4] Status update (NAS).

To appease Christophe (and everyone else), here is a quick update. Work on NAS has been stalled for the last couple of days due to (other) work and feeble attempts at having a life, but has now resumed. I am currently alternating on one hand implementing missing functions in the c-library and on the other hand thinking about how to handle the dependencies on X11. In other words.
