Note that it is largely untested. The test cases in the archive all use fork() (yuck) and hence where unsuable. I found a few neon-examples, but they where using an older version of the API and didn't compile out of the box, so I had to do some modifications... retrieving a file from a webdav server worked, though.

(it's a PHP script, so there is a limit, but it's large enough for most things at 10 or 20 MB. We use it for distributing MP3s made by amigan Oskar from Gothenburg).
