Hi All,
Can you provide updates to your various projects please?
Have about a week ago uploaded autoconf 2.13 (use for a few projects) to os4depot.
Am at the moment working on finishing a few contributions for clib2.
When that is done will I work on findutils (that is needed to make autoreconf work) and the never versions of autoconf/automake.
There is at the moment no status update on SANE (no work done)
... Regards
Mark
Henning,
Hi Mark

OK thanks, do you happen to know, did the libusb work get finished?
If so can it be released?
libusb has been released for long time ago... but there has just been some changes, that I guess could be released soon (the stub library has been fixed) - but needs some testing if I am not totaly wrong.
btw. the things that I am working on could also make it more easy to port, so things are done, but not directly aimed at SANE.
Regards
Mark

Yep.. there has been some small updates to libusb..
The release on os4depot there is v0.1.10 only but I updated it for the os4sdk so that one has a newer version 0.1.12.. and no so long ago Henning helped me update the stubs, as they were broken, but as he mentions the stubs still needs to be tested before I can say it 100% finished

but I don't understand ...AmigaOpenOffice is near or far?
It is still far away, I guess that it is not the main project for any of us. But I guess that some of our other projects are going to help us get closer to the goal (even though it was not the main target).

No

Ahem. We have, and always have had, an official, non-hypothetical date:

No progress with Java, I'm afraid. The problem building projects on OS4 is still with us (the one that manifests itself as abc-shell crashing). I can't build anything that involves compiling large numbers of files with several scripts running. I've tried building GMP, Kaffe and Cacao but without success.
I'll keep trying, but it comes second to OS4 development.
cheers

Try reassigning T: to somewhere on your harddisk drive...
A crashlog could maybe help... abc-shell is not crashing here...

I'll say it again: it is NOT a fault with abc-shell, it just happens that abc-shell is the name on the crashlog in that script environment.
