Hello, In a recent post Tonyw made a suggestion for setting up commité for managing this project, and i like the idea, but i would prepose some alternations to his suggestion. His idea was to have 3 persons in charge, a linux head, an AOS head & someone to be in charge of rescource management. I think you should have a 4th person on a higher level, to whom the 3 senior developers can report & who makes the calls based on the suggestions from all 3 senior devs. The head honcho should, just as the others, be elected by the whole team.
